How To Make A Reservation

If you would like to make a reservation please confirm availability by emailing your chosen property and your preferred holiday dates directly to info@sitgeshillsvillas.com or call +44 (0)20 3287 6597. You can also use the contact form here if you prefer.

Once you have confirmed that the property is available you can
secure your reservation by paying a non-refundable deposit equal to 30% of the villa rental. The balance of your reservation is payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. (*This is also non refundable*)

Payments are accepted through bank transfer, Paypal or by credit card (additional fee ranging from 2.9% to 3.4% is added to all Paypal and credit card transactions). The full amount of the rental is payable where a reservation is made within 6 weeks of travel.

A damage deposit is payable by bank transfer or Paypal before arrival, or in cash or credit card on your arrival. This damage deposit protects against accidental breakages, telephone charges, central heating costs and any other services which cost extra as detailed in the property description. The damage deposit will be returned within 7 days following departure if everything is in order. 

A final cleaning fee of 130 Euros is to be paid in cash on arrival for villas and 60 Euros for apartments.

We do strongly recommend you take out travel insurance to cover yourself in the unlikely event that you may have to cancel your holiday.  

If you do have to cancel your reservation we will work hard to re-let you holiday dates. If we are able to do this we will refund your rental fee paid less an administration fee of 75 Euros. However, we make no guarantees that we can re-let your dates in the case of a cancellation.
