The Parc del Mar complex is immaculately maintained and offers 4 large swimming pools, beautiful landscaped gardens, spacious lawned areas, private parking and 24h security.

This stylish apartment sleeps up to 6 guests and enjoys air conditioning throughout. There are 3 nicely furnished bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms along with a large open-plan lounge/dining area and fully equipped kitchen. A great feature of the apartment is that all rooms have direct access to lovely terraces either at the front or back of the property.  

With the beautiful sandy beaches of Sitges just across the road from the complex, and numerous cafes, restaurants and beach bars within walking distance, Apartment Tropicana is the perfect choice for those looking for an attractive beachfront setting in Sitges with everything close at hand and yet still away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre.

ACCOMMODATION

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

The front door leads into an entrance hallway with an open-plan living/dining room located on one side and the kitchen on the other. The bedrooms and bathrooms are located further along the hallway.  

The open-plan living space is furnished with a large and comfortable L-shaped sofa as well as TV and entertainment unit and dining table seating guests. Large sliding doors lead out to a terrace that overlooks the attractive Terramar Parc.  

The fully-equipped kitchen offers an oven & hob, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer and coffee maker. There is a small dining area with a table seating 4 guests and a conveniently located utility room with washing machine for guest use.

The bedrooms are all modern, bright and spacious with large sliding doors that flood the rooms with light. The hotel style bathrooms are also of a good size.

The 2 terraces are ideal for enjoying alfresco dining or simply relaxing in the sun. There is a dining table for 6 guests as well as comfortable lounge furniture and sunbeds located on the terraces. There are views overlooking the beautiful Terramar Parc on one side of the apartment and views over the swimming pools on the other side.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The apartment is located on the second floor with acces by elevator or stairs.

The terraces are large with modern dining furniture, sun loungers and tables with retractable awnings to provide shade from the afternoon sun.

The apartment complex offers 4 large swimming pools and 2 children's pools, surrounded by lawned areas with plenty of space for sunbathing and for children to play.  

There is one allocated underground parking space and the complex offers 24 hour security with a porter.

The beach is just opposite the complex and offers water sports facilities during the summer months. The town centre is a pleasant 15 minute stroll along the beautiful seafront. Alternatively, there is tourist 'train' that runs along the seafront stopping at multiple locations along the way. There are two beach bars very close by, along with two good restaurants and a mini supermarket selling fresh bread, newspapers, groceries and all necessities.
