Villa Falco is a beautiful single storey holiday villa situated amongst the attractive pine covered hills of the popular residential area of Mas Mestre. The villa's elevated position provides fantastic panoramic views across the valley to the rolling green hills of the Garraf Natural Park.
The villa exterior is full of classic Mediterranean charm with white washed walls, terracotta roof tiles, wooden shutters and a contemporary landscaped garden with a fantastic designer pool area.
The interior has been completely renovated and modernised to a very high standard and offers bright and stylish holiday accommodation.
Despite its peaceful countryside location, the villa is only a 12-minute drive through attractive vineyards and valleys to the bustling seaside resort of Sitges, with its numerous bars, restaurants and boutiques as well as its excellent Blue Flag sandy beaches.
The cosmopolitan city of Barcelona is only a 45-minute drive away and Barcelona airport just 30 minutes.
Villa Falco offers spacious, modern and flexible accommodation sleeping up to 10 guests. There is air conditioning throughout as well as ceiling fans in the main house bedrooms for additional guest comfort.
The accommodation at Villa Falco is arranged as follows;
Entry to Villa Falco is through the garden and up a few steps to the front door. The open entrance leads to the attractive open plan living / dining room and kitchen. To the right there are doors leading to the bedrooms and bathrooms.
The bright and spacious open-plan style lounge features a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a smart TV, wood burner, coffee table and large French windows providing views of the garden. There is also a dining table with bench style seating for 6 or more guests. Doors lead from the lounge out to a large and partly shaded terrace furnished with dining table, BBQ and attractive lounge area.
The modern and charmingly rustic style kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances including oven, microwave, hob, fridge-freezer, coffee machine and everything needed for a family self-catering holiday. The kitchen has direct access to the same beautiful terrace as the lounge.
There are also three spacious double bedrooms in the main house (1 of which can be set up as twin beds if required). All are furnished with bedside tables & lamps, wardrobe area, ceiling fans and luxury bed linen and have access to the terraces surrounding the main house and the courtyard.
The annex is located a few steps from the main house and comfortably accommodates 2-4 guest with a double bedroom and a lounge area all of which lead out to the delightful courtyard that is shared with the bedrooms from the main house. The lounge area also has access to a private terrace overlooking the gardens and hills.
The cosy lounge area is nicely furnished with a sofa (that converts to a sofabed for 2 guests) as well as a coffee table and TV unit. It also features a large picture frame window capturing the views of the garden and the beatuiful rolling hills.
The annex double en-suite bedroom with built-in wardrobes and bedside tables & lamps is stylishly furnished and full of light from the two sets of double doors leading to the courtyard. There is a modern shower room with toilet & double vanity washbasins.
Also for guests comfort and convienience the annex has a microwave and fridge.
A wonderful roof terrace above the annex offers partially shaded dining space for up to 10 guests and fantastic views of the surrounding countryside.

POOL AREA AND GARDEN
A big attraction of Villa Falco is the outside space. There are multiple terraces and beautiful tiered gardens designed to provide the opportunity for all the family to come together to enjoy a fantastic holiday in the Mediterranean sun.
There are numerous areas for relaxing, dining, sunbathing and entertaining around a fantastic private swimming pool. The beautiful wooden decking surrounding the pool has sunbeds for relaxing and soaking up the sun.
For alfresco dining there is a dining table under a partially shaded terrace next to the main house as well as a gas BBQ. In addition, there is large roof terrace above the annexe offering more partially shaded dining space for 8 to 10 guests with spectacular views.
The gardens include an attractive artificial lawn, gravelled areas with tropical palms and a super children's playground with 2 playhouses, slides and a sandy area to keep the little ones amused.
All of the outside areas enjoy wonderful views over the surrounding hills and vineyards.
There is unlimited and free on-street parking at the front and back of the villa and no permits are required.
