This striking family holiday home has been built to the highest standards and specifications and has been thoughtfully designed to make the most of the beautiful Mediterranean light.
Villa Ibiza is located in a peaceful location in Can Suria just a 15-minute drive from the highly popular and bustling resort of Sitges with its bars, cafes, boutiques, restaurants and fantastic sandy beaches, and around 40 minutes from Barcelona centre and its international airport. The local towns of Sant Pere de Ribes and Vilafranca are an easy 10-minute drive.
The centrepiece of the sun-drenched exterior of the villa is the beautiful 8m x 4m private swimming pool and hot tub, both perfectly positioned to maximise the guests enjoyment of all-day sunshine and stunning views. In addition, the pool is surrounded by attractive wooden decking, which is ideal for relaxing in the hot afternoon sun.
After a hard day sunbathing why not relax with a drink on the spacious veranda overlooking the pool or maybe in the comfortable chill-out area. Al fresco meals can be cooked at the outdoor kitchen and BBQ and enjoyed around the large dining table.
Everything about Villa Ibiza is perfection. The furnishings are both luxurious and modern and the villa is fully equipped to the high standards expected of a premium quality holiday home.
The intelligent use of materials and colours such as white washed walls, polished cement floors mixed with warm wooden flooring and combined with the extensive use of glass create an ambience of light and calm. This is the perfect place to relax and chill on a family holiday in the sun with no need to go anywhere else.
The villa is entered through an electronic gate with intercom that leads into a stylishly designed front garden lined with lush palms, olive trees and Mediterranean plants, immediately giving a sensation of peace and calm. The sleek and stylish exterior of the villa hints at the excellence of the design within.
The front door opens into a mezzanine level with clean white-washed walls and cool grey cement floor. The high ceiling and large windows combine to create a sense of light and spaciousness.
Through arches at either end of the entrance level there are 2 bedrooms either side both with a bathroom to share in-between. The two bedrooms facing the back have a balcony with views over the pool and surrounding pine covered hills.
From the mezzanine level a chic staircase leads down to a stylish, open-plan living/dining area with several different spaces in which to relax and chill. There are huge sliding windows connecting the living area to the beautiful veranda, BBQ and pool area.
There is a lounge area at the foot of the stairs with comfortable sofas and low level tables. Adjacent to the lounge is an attractive arch that leads through to a TV lounge, complete with a big comfortable L-shaped sofa and large TV.
Located opposite the lounge is the dining area complete with large table that can comfortably seat 10 guests. Next to the dining area are additional double doors leading out to the BBQ terrace.
The spacious, modern and fully equipped American-style kitchen connects to the dining area and offers plenty of room for preparing meals and sitting while enjoying a coffee or snack.
To the right of the lounge is a large master bedroom complete with a dressing area and en-suite bathroom. The suite has large sliding doors offering direct access out to the terrace and swimming pool as well as providing stunning views across the surrounding hills.
There is also a guest toilet and utility room located off the kitchen area.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
All the bedrooms are spacious and have Air Conditioning. The bathrooms are modern, very well finished and are of a good size.
Bedroom 1 – Fabulous master suite with large double bed, dress room and beautiful en-suite bathroom with large walk in shower, double washbasin and standing bath. There is an additional separate toilet.
Bedroom 2 – Spacious twin bedroom with wardrobe and views to the front of the house.
Bedroom 3 – Double bedroom with wardrobes and terrace with views overlooking the pool area and surrounding hills.
(Both bedroom 2 and 3 share a large walk in shower, washbasin and toilet.)
Bedroom 4 – Double bedroom with wardrobe.
Bedroom 5 – Double bedroom with wardrobes and terrace with views overlooking the pool area and surrounding hills.

Garden and Pool Area
Villa Ibiza has the perfect outside space for enjoying a fantastic Mediterranean family holiday. The back of the house opens out to a delightful veranda with beautiful polished cement flooring and complete with cool chill-out area and sunbeds.
The pool area is accessed through a glass door and down a few steps to a large wooden decking area complete with beautiful 8m x 4m private swimming pool and hot tub. There are wonderful views of the surrounding hills to enjoy from the pool. There is plenty of space around the pool area to relax on sunbeds.
Leading off from the kitchen / dining area is the perfect place for alfresco dining complete with BBQ, outside kitchen and large dining table with seating for up to 10 guests. This dining area also connects to the veranda and pool area.
There is shade from the hot afternoon sun under the house where guests can also enjoy a game of ping pong or table football. There is also an additional shower and bathroom for convenience.
