Villa Malibu is situated in a privileged hilltop location, one of the most exclusive residential areas close to Sitges town. The charm of this area is that it offers a sense of space and tranquility, yet is only 3 minute drive or 20-minute walk (some bikes are also available at the villa for guests’ use) from the bustling centre of Sitges with its cafes, restaurants, bars, boutique shopping, beaches and other attractions.
There are several good restaurants and bars within easy reach of the villa, as well as tennis courts, a gymnasium, two public swimming pools and other sports facilities, including a riding stables, close by.

The entrance leads into a spacious and bright hallway. A door to the left leads into the open plan living/dining area and luxury kitchen. Spacious and full of light in cool, neutral tones, an interesting design option allows you to move the walls and close off parts of the living areas for more intimacy. The alternative, which most people prefer, is the airy spaciousness of open plan living.
The living room with plasma TV & beautiful glass fireplace is comfortable with a distinctly modern style including low level sofas and ambient lighting and coffee table with terrace doors.
The interior dining zone, seating six people, sits to the back of the villa with easy access to the back of the kitchen and an interior garden with lush tropical planting.
