The centrepiece of the gardens is without doubt the superb swimming pool, which is surrounded by large sun terraces, lush lawns and sun loungers for relaxation.

Accommodation

Villa Monaco is perfectly presented and equipped to the highest standards expected of a premium quality holiday home. The villa interior features cool grey ceramic tiles and bright white walls with an occasional splash of colour. The rooms are spacious, light and airy.

The main entrance to Villa Monaco leads into an elegant open hallway, stylishly decorated and immediately giving the sense of the quality to come. The hall way leads to the impressive open plan living area with 3 of bedrooms located off the hallway.

The open plan living area offers great space for relaxing with a lounge space complete with two big and comfortable sofas, low tables and a large curved Smart TV. The dining area has a large circular table that comfortably seats 6 guests. There are large sliding doors on two sides of the room offering direct access out to the gardens and pool area.

The spacious and modern kitchen is fully equipped with an induction oven with 3 rings and a Teppan Yak (Japanese grill), Nespresso coffee machine and a large breakfast bar. There are also doors leading out from the kitchen to the gardens and additional chill out area.

From the kitchen there is also access to a utility room with washing machine and a convenient guest toilet.

Next to the main entrance are 3 of the 5 bedrooms; the master suite, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The other two bedrooms are located through the kitchen. The first on the right is a single with an ensuite shower room and to the left is the ‘Youth Room’ complete with TV, PlayStation and direct access to the gardens where a ping pong, basketball and additional chill out area are located.

Bedroom 1 – Master suite with 140cm x 200cm electric bed head and feet lift. Built-in wardrobe, desk, access to gardens and ensuite bathroom. A/C.

Bedroom 4 – Single room with built-in wardrobes and en-suite shower room
Bedroom 5 – Youth room with two single beds in L-Shape, TV and access to the ping pong chill out area complete with basketball net.

Garden and Swimming Pool Area

The whole family cannot fail to be delighted with the spectacular 16m x 7m swimming pool. The extensive gardens at Villa Monaco are lush, well maintained and planted with large palms, a beautiful lemon tree with enormous fruit and other native Mediterranean plants and herbs.   

There is a spacious and comfortable lounge area directly in front of the sliding doors that lead to the living area, 4 sun loungers by the pool and 8 hammocks tucked away in the shade. There are plenty of perfect spots for relaxing and enjoying the Mediterranean sun.

Just by the lounge area is a large dining table and Weber BBQ providing the perfect space for alfresco dining.

The back terrace is equipped with another cool lounge area with ping pong and basketball net and is the ideal space for kids and teenagers to hang out and enjoy.
